We refreshed the brand with bright, California-inspired colors and worked with famed local artists to think of our ads as posters and murals instead of just print and outdoor.

Our goal: Simple, visual, shareable and undeniably Californian.

We worked with renowned California artist Michael Schwab to create a series of posters for print and wild postings.

And we scrapped our outdoor boards to have John Van Hamersveld, creator of the Endless Summer poster, paint a series of murals in our target markets.

And we brought it all to life with a media plan that focused on spreading chill California vibes, with streaming ads like this:

In our second year, we enlisted illustrator Tom Haugomat to show how close California Avocados are grown to cities like LA, San Francisco and San Diego.
